Staying safe online
If someone else might check your phone or computer, these steps can help keep your visit private. Use only what feels safe for you.
Quick Exit
The Quick Exit button at the top of every page takes you straight to a weather page. On a computer, you can also press the Esc key three times. Quick Exit does not remove Hifazat from your browser history.
Browser history
Your browser remembers the websites you visit. You can remove Hifazat from your history in your browser's settings. Deleting all history at once may be noticed, so you may prefer to remove only some entries.
Private or incognito mode
In a private (incognito) window, the browser does not keep your history after you close it. In Chrome on Android: tap the three dots (⋮), then "New Incognito tab".
Shared phones and computers
If you share a device, close Hifazat when you finish. Someone who uses the device after you may see open tabs. Information you save in Hifazat stays on this device, so use those features only on a device you trust.
Home screen icon
Adding Hifazat to your home screen lets parts of it work without internet. The icon will be visible on your phone, and saved pages stay on the phone.
